jim af1b55aa83 Add User Confirmation Before Overwriting Files

- Implement a check to see if the target file already exists
- Prompt the user to confirm if they want to overwrite the existing file
- Exit the script if the user opts not to overwrite

This change improves the user experience by providing a safety measure to prevent accidental file overwriting.

CoCopilot

有些东西越有效就越简单，比如这个小工具，有什么用我不能说。

使用JetBrains全家桶IDE，安装Copilot插件。
windows系统执行cocopilot.bat
macOS/linux系统执行cocopilot.sh
看到done. please restart your ide.表示成功。
重启你的IDE就好。
这是个小玩具，可能测试不充分，别找我。

对于`VSCode`，步骤基本相同，执行对应`vscode.sh`/`vscode.bat`，无需执行`cocopilot.sh`/`cocopilot.bat`。
